Important news and information

Due to planned maintenance, the pool and pool facilities at Bodelywddan Castle will be closed from 9th September to 30th November 2024.

During this time, guests staying at the hotel will be able to book and use the leisure facilities at Faenol Fawr between 8am - 8pm. Alternatively Abergele Leisure Centre will also be available for guests to use.

Due to planned maintenance, the pool at Thoresby Hall will be closed from 21st to 25th October 2024.

Whilst the pool and bubble pool will be closed, the sauna and steam room will be operational as usual. Guests can also continue to use the gym and spa lounge, and spa treatments can be booked.

During this time, guests staying at the hotel who wish to swim are able to use a local leisure centre based in Edwinstowe. The address is as follows:

Guest will have to pay for their swim but this cost will be reimbursed. Simply visit the reception with a receipt to receive your refund.

Transport will not be provided, so guests will need to make their own way to and from the leisure centre.
